At Sayaji Tempo, we believe that every person matters. And the strength of an organization is only as much as its empathy and accountability towards every individual.
Many who walked in as employees have over the years become family; and our leadership is equally privileged to be considered and included in their life and celebrations.
Work and life at Sayaji Tempo

Wesley Varghese ( General Manager )
At Sayaji Tempo, an employee is not just a resource but an individual with intrinsic value. As the management we have a mandate to be concerned with ensuring that his environment both at work and home are nurtured, to bring out the best in him/her.
We are a very nimble organization. A fresher can get mentored in multiple roles to discover his/her area of interest. Every desk holds value, and no role is redundant.
Teamwork, an open-door policy and decentralized decision making cutting across barriers of bureaucracy makes Sayaji Tempo a great place to work.

Rina Shah ( Accounts Manager )
I have the privilege of being associated with Sayaji Tempo, from the day of its inception, Sep. 30, 2002. Starting out in sales and insurance processing, I have seen the organization grow from a fledgling 5-staff organization to a thriving MSME today.
Sayaji Tempo has become a part of my life, and a home away from home for me.
Professionally it gave me many opportunities. When we were new entrants in this market we had to take on well established players. After 16 years in external facing roles, I moved to accounts after the necessary training.
While those days are past, and much has changed what has not changed is the value system. The flexible family-friendly policy to take care of my home and family, when there are unexpected demands proves very valuable for me.

Samir Teredesai ( Sales Manager )
After incurring a loss in a business I started, I got an opportunity at Sayaji Tempo. I did not have prior experience in commercial vehicle sales. Not only was I trained in selling and the nuances of maintaining customer relationship but was also trusted with handling sales independently at a remote location.
That characteristic of taking a risk on behalf of another person is a unique trait of the Sayaji Tempo management.
After the remote location became an assigned territory, I was brought back to the HO with another role change – looking after the travel and tours segment, and handling legal formalities on the side.
Holding multiple responsibilities has brought back my confidence and I am deeply thankful to the management. The personal interest and unique opportunities make Sayaji Tempo a great place for learning and skill development.
Sayaji Tempo has become part of my life and family and I cannot think of working in another organization till retirement.
